Not since the final round of the 2022 Open Championship has there been this much hype surrounding Rory McIlroy in a major as he aims to win the elusive Golf Grand Slam.
Now in danger of going 11 years without a major, McIlroy seemingly enters Augusta with his best ever chance at winning a green jacket.
Despite the common consensus that the Holywood man hasn't played his best stuff, he has comfortably been the best player in the world in 2025, with wins at TPC Sawgrass and Pebble Beach.
And with world number one Scottie Scheffler winless this year, the feeling is that this represents McIlroy's best chance at winning the Green Jacket since he fell apart in 2011.
Turning 36 next month, the clock is beginning to tick on McIlroy's career, with the Northern Irishman winning the last of his four majors in 2014.
He gets his round underway at 6.12 pm Irish time and has been selected for the Masters Feature Group coverage so every shot will be available to watch live on Sky Sports Main Event and Sky Sports Golf. It can also be streamed through their app or NOW TV.
Shane Lowry will be just behind McIlroy on the course as he tees off at 6.23 pm alongside Hideki Matsuyama and Bryson DeChambeau.
McIlroy will be shown on Sky while viewers will have to wait until full coverage begins at 8 pm on Sky.
